    List of Ingredients


    • 4 VERY RIPE banannas
    • 3 Tbsp sugar
    • 1 Tbsp lemon juice from lemon
    • 1 1/2 cups creamy yogurt
    • 1/2 cup cleaned blueberries


    Instructions


    1. Place banannas in a food processor and puree.
    2. Add 3 Tbsp sugar - puree more
    3. Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice - puree more
    4. Add 1 1/2 cups creamy and puree more
    5. Take batter and divide in 1/2
    6. In the 1/2 still in the food processor add 1/2 cup CLEAN Blueberries. Mix for just a few seconds - keep blueberries chunky.
    7. Add the pure bananna mixture into your popcyle or push up mold
    8. Add the blueberry on top and give a light swirl with a bamboo skewer.
    9. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours unti hard. To get out dip in hot water for just a few seconds.
