Bananna and Blueberry Push-ups

Great frozen treat
List of Ingredients
- 4 VERY RIPE banannas
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice from lemon
- 1 1/2 cups creamy yogurt
- 1/2 cup cleaned blueberries
Instructions
- Place banannas in a food processor and puree.
- Add 3 Tbsp sugar - puree more
- Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice - puree more
- Add 1 1/2 cups creamy and puree more
- Take batter and divide in 1/2
- In the 1/2 still in the food processor add 1/2 cup CLEAN Blueberries. Mix for just a few seconds - keep blueberries chunky.
- Add the pure bananna mixture into your popcyle or push up mold
- Add the blueberry on top and give a light swirl with a bamboo skewer.
- Freeze for 4 to 6 hours unti hard. To get out dip in hot water for just a few seconds.
