    30 Minutes from start to finish....Way too easy. It's a family favorite and LOW CAL to boot!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Chricken Breasts (flattened)
    • 1/4 cup honey mustard (or enough to coat 4 breasts)
    • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs (or enough to coat 4 breasts)
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • Pam for baking sheet


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 400
    2. Pat dry the breasts with paper towels. Flaten with palm of hand.
    3. Make two plates - one with mustard on it and the other with bread crumbs on it. In the bread crumbs, season it will salt and pepper and mix the seasonings into the crumbs.
    4. Take a breast and paint it with mustard - do both sides and depending how you like the taste of honey mustard do the breast.
    5. Next take the breast and dip it into the bread crumb mix - get both sides and cover it with crumbs.
    6. Gently shake off surplus bread crumbs.
    7. Lay the coated breast on a Pam sprayed baking sheet.
    8. Repeat the process on each remaining breast. Add more mustard or bread to the plates if needed.
    9. Bake the breasts in the 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
