    Recipe Introduction


    This dip can be served with pretzels, radishes, celery, carrots or low fat crackers.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8oz) pkg fat free cream cheese - softened
    • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
    • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
    • 2 tbsp skim milk
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3 small green onion, sliced
    • 6 oz of crabmeat (if canned drained)
    • Sprinkle of paprika


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese with fork.
    2. Add melted butter
    3. Beat until blended
    4. Add all the remaining ingredients (except paprkia) and mix well.
    5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with parika for color.
    6. If refrigerated let stand at room temp 1 hour prior to serving.
