Light Crab Dip

Recipe Introduction
This dip can be served with pretzels, radishes, celery, carrots or low fat crackers.
List of Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) pkg fat free cream cheese - softened
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp skim milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 small green onion, sliced
- 6 oz of crabmeat (if canned drained)
- Sprinkle of paprika
Instructions
- In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese with fork.
- Add melted butter
- Beat until blended
- Add all the remaining ingredients (except paprkia) and mix well.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with parika for color.
- If refrigerated let stand at room temp 1 hour prior to serving.
