    Recipe Introduction


    Serve with the Swedish Meatballs. (Meatballs may be served with or without gravy)


    List of Ingredients


    • Drippings from Swedish Meatballs
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 3/4 cup half and half
    • 1/4 cup water
    • Salt (to taste)


    Instructions


    1. Remove the meatballs from skillet and add flour to the drippings and stir until smooth.
    2. Add half and half, water and salt to taste.
    3. Boil 2 to 3 minutes and stir constantly until thick and smooth.
    4. Pour over the meatballs and serve.
