Serve with the Swedish Meatballs. (Meatballs may be served with or without gravy)
List of Ingredients
- Drippings from Swedish Meatballs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Remove the meatballs from skillet and add flour to the drippings and stir until smooth.
- Add half and half, water and salt to taste.
- Boil 2 to 3 minutes and stir constantly until thick and smooth.
- Pour over the meatballs and serve.
