    List of Ingredients




    Veal Chops
    Beaten egg
    Cracker Crumbs
    1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
    milk
    diced green pepper
    diced onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Roll veal chops in beaten egg and cracker crumbs. Fry in a frying pan until brown. Then put the chops in a baking dish. Add one can of cream of mushroom soup, dilute with a little milk in frying pan. Add the diced green pepper and onion, pepper and salt. Pour the soup/milk/pepper/onion mixture over the chops in the baking dish. Bake very slowly in the oven for 1 hour.
