    Pretty good and easy for a Microwave cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
    • 4 Tbsp butter (cut into pieces)
    • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings, drained
    • 7 to 10 Maraschino cherries
    • 1 pkg (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 3 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle brown sugar over the bottom of micorwave safe 10 inch round cake pan or 9x13 baking dish.
    2. Dot with butter
    3. Microwave at power 10 (100%) for 1 1/2 minutes.
    4. Evenly distribute mixture
    5. Arrange pineapple rings in single layer over mixture and place a sherry in the hole of each ring.
    6. Combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat well.
    7. Spoon batter into pan and micowave at power 7 (70%) for 14 -16 minutes.
    8. Let stand for 5 minutes.
    9. Loosen with a knife and carefully inver onto a platter.
