    Recipe Introduction


    Cliff is a great cook - he suggets frezzing this pesto in a plastic cube tray and you can pop out cubes one at a time to use all winter long!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Cups Basil
    • 1 large clove garlic
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup pignolia nuts
    • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Add all ingredients as listed individually into a food processor and chop completely.
    2. Add the olive oil slowly - if you have a PULSE BUTTON - USE IT!
    3. You can add 1 or 2 tbsps of boiling water to thin sauce if needed.
