    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 small to medium sized yello onion (diced)
    • 1.25 lb ground beef or ground turkey breast
    • 1 medium green pepper, seeded (diced)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Pinch of dried Oregano
    • One 12oz package of Rotelle Pasta
    • 1 26oz jar of Marinara sauce
    • 3/4 cup chopped black olived (diced)

    Instructions

    1. Place olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat, add the diced onions.
    2. Let the onion cook a bit, to become transparent and add the ground beef or turkey.
    3. Salt and pepper to taste
    4. Add the oregano.
    5. Add the diced green pepper. When meat is cooked turn to simmer.
    6. Begin to boil water for pasta.
    7. Take the meat off the heat and drain the fat off in a collander.
    8. Return the meat to the skillet and turn back to simmer. Add the Marinara sauce and stir while on slow simmer.
    9. By this point your water should be at a boil and you can add your pasta, cook according to package instruction. You will want it al dente.
    10. Keep the meat simmering for 10 minutes. This will be about the same time you will need to cook or pasta.
    11. Test the pasta and when ready drain in a collander over the sink.
    12. Add chopped olives to your meat mixture. Stir in.
    13. Take the drained pasta and place it back in the pan you cooked the pasta in. Now add the Marinara Meat sauce and stir together the pasta and meat sauce.
