    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped pimiento
    • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
    • 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms
    • 4 cups cooked cut chicken
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper
    • Cayenne pepper
    • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Saute the celery, onion, pimiento and green pepper in butter until tender.
    2. Add and mix in the almonds, mushrooms, chicken, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    3. Spoon into a baking dish
    4. Spread buttered crumbs on top.
    5. Bake 15 minutes at 450.


    Final Comments


    Serves about 8
