List of Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water
2 tsp butter
4 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
4 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs
Recipe
Put the following into a pan and heat:
1/2 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup water - when good and hot then add 2 tsp butter.
Take off burner and add 4 Tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 Tbsp flour and 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard. Add 4 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs last and beat with electric beater until thick and smooth.
