List of Ingredients
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pistachio pudding mix
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 (15.25 oz) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup - undrained
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until thick. Gradually add the sugar just 1 TBSP at a time - beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently stir in the pudding mix until combined.
- Fold in marshallows and pinapple. (Mixture may appear to be melting, but will firm up)
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours
