    In Minnesota we call jellos - salads


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups whipping cream
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pistachio pudding mix
    • 3 cups mini marshmallows
    • 1 (15.25 oz) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup - undrained


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until thick. Gradually add the sugar just 1 TBSP at a time - beating until stiff peaks form.
    2. Gently stir in the pudding mix until combined.
    3. Fold in marshallows and pinapple. (Mixture may appear to be melting, but will firm up)
    4. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours
