List of Ingredients
- 2lbs cubed stew beef
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- sprinkle of Accent
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/9 tsp pepper
- 4 med onions sliced
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Butter
Instructions
- Mix together the flour and the seasonings and dredge the meat cubes in the mixture.
- In a large casserole with tight fitting cover arrange in layers the meat and vegetables.
- Add the boullion to the water and add the Worvestershire sauce. Pour it evenly over the casserole.
- Dot the surface with butter.
- Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours.
