    List of Ingredients


    • 2lbs cubed stew beef
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 tsp celery seed
    • sprinkle of Accent
    • 1 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/9 tsp pepper
    • 4 med onions sliced
    • 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    • 1 1/2 cups hot water
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • Butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix together the flour and the seasonings and dredge the meat cubes in the mixture.
    2. In a large casserole with tight fitting cover arrange in layers the meat and vegetables.
    3. Add the boullion to the water and add the Worvestershire sauce. Pour it evenly over the casserole.
    4. Dot the surface with butter.
    5. Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours.
