Jim's Famous San Francisco Crab Bisque

Good use for Dungeness Crab in the spring!
List of Ingredients
- 6 oz of crabmeat
- 2 (8oz) cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8oz) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (15oz) can oc cream style corn
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup sherry
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- combine everything in the top of a double boiler.
- Cook over simmering water for 3 hours - stir occasionally.
