    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs lean ground beef
    • 1 large red bell pepper
    • 1 large red onion
    • 1 1/2 tsp all spice
    • 1 shot glass of vinegar
    • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
    • 16 oz tomato paste
    • 1 shot glass of brandy
    • 1/8 tsp red pepper
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 large green pepper
    • 1 small white or yellow onion
    • 2 can red kidney beans
    • 10 oz beer
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp ground cloves
    • 1/2 cup wine
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • 1/2 tsp celery salt
    • 1 tsp oregano


    Instructions


    1. In a LARGE frying pan spread the clelery salt across the pan.
    2. Over a medium high heat pour enough of the wine in to cover the bottom.
    3. Chop the onions and peppers and add to pan.
    4. Dice the garlic, crush and add to mix.
    5. When the onions become transparent add the ground beef and brown.
    6. Drain in a colander and remove the excess fat and grease.
    7. Pour in all the remaining ingredients into a large soup pot heat on medium and stir occasionally. Bring to a boil.
    8. Add the meat mixture at this time.
    9. Bring to a boil.
    10. Turn down to low simmer for at least 30 minutes and stir occasionally.
    11. You can cook on low for up to 1 1/2 hours.


    Final Comments


    If mixture is too thick add an additional 8 oz of tomato paste and 3/4 cup beer. If mix is too thin add small amounts of cornstarch (STIR CONSTANTLY).
