List of Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15oz) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 fl oz) Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 1 unbaked 9 inch (4 cup vol) deep dish pie shell
- Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mixture.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour into the pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temp to 350 degrees F.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until an inserted knife near the center comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
