List of Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sweet butter, sliced
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups cream
- 2 (10oz) boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
Instructions
- Place the butter into a skillet on medium heat and whirl the pan to coat with the melted butter.
- Add salt, pepper, and parika
- Add the cream
- Stir constantly, letting cook for about 8 minutes.
- The cream should reduce to about 1/2 and needs to coat the back of a spoon.
- Stir in the spinach and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
- Remove from the stove
- When you are ready to serve, reheat the spinach for no more than 10 minutes.
