    Recipe Introduction


    This is a cheese sauce for any begetable like asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 4 Tbsp flour
    • 2 Tbsp Dry Sherry
    • 1 (12oz) can of evaporated milk
    • Cheese - Your choice to what kind!


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a small saucepan.
    2. Blend in flour and cook until bubbles
    3. Slowly add milk when sauce thickens.
    4. Add cheese - type and amount depends on your taste
    5. Finally add the sherry.
