Recipe Introduction
This is a cheese sauce for any begetable like asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp Dry Sherry
- 1 (12oz) can of evaporated milk
- Cheese - Your choice to what kind!
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan.
- Blend in flour and cook until bubbles
- Slowly add milk when sauce thickens.
- Add cheese - type and amount depends on your taste
- Finally add the sherry.
