    Recipe Introduction


    Simple and good...the garlic makes a difference.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes (cut into 1 cubes)
    • 8 whole cloves of garlic (peeled)
    • 2 Tbsp Butter
    • 1/2 cup cream
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cover the potatoes with cold water and add the garlic. Bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce the heat and simmer 18 - 20 minutes until tender.
    3. Drain the water from potatoes reserving 1/2 cup of the liquid.
    4. Place potatoes and garlic in the bowl of a kitchen machine and whisk until smooth.
    5. Add butter and cream as necessary to obtain desired consistency using cooking liquid if necessary.
    6. Add salt and pepper to taste and SERVE!
