List of Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix everything BUT the cheese in a saucepan. Bring to a boil in a heavy saucepan, whisking constantly.
- Reduce the heat and cover and simmer until the grits are creamy. Stir frequently. (About 10 minutes)
- Add cheese and whisk until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
