A Russian River Favorite!
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, halved and cored (2 cups)
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 leek sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 large carrots sliced to 1/2 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp caraway seed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute the Brussels Sprouts in butter over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the leek and carrots and saute 2 minutes more.
- Add the 1 Tbsp of water
- Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with caraway seed and season with salt and pepper.
