    List of Ingredients


    • 1 28 oz can of whole tomatoes - well drained
    • 4 large galic cloves, minced
    • 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    • 2 tbsp dry Marsala
    • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs made from French Bread
    • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
    • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt and Pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350
    2. Mix tomatoes, garlic, 2 1/2 tbsp chives and Marsala in a bowl and blend.
    3. Season to taste with salt and pepper
    4. Transfer to a an 8 in diameter gratin dish with 1 1/2 inch sides
    5. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and olive oil in a bowl to blend.
    6. Season topping to taste with salt and pepper.
    7. Sprinkle topping over tomatoes.
    8. Bake until juices bubble and topping is golden brown (40 minutes)
    9. Let stand 10 minutes
    10. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tbsp of chives and serve.
