Salt.
450g/1lb.Dried rice noodles.
2 tbsp.Beansprouts.
2 tbsp.Vegetable oil.
225g/8oz.Lean pork,cut into thin strips.
1 small Red pepper,sliced.
1 Green chilli,chopped.
1 tbsp.Soy sauce.
1 tbsp.Chilli sauce.
3 Spring onions,chopped.
3 tbsp.Water.
Recipe
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.Add noodles & cook 4-5 minutes,or follow packet instructions.Drain well.Meanwhile,heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying-pan.Add beansprouts & stir-fry 1 minute,remove with slotted spoon & drain an kitchen paper.Add remaining oil to pan & heat up.Add pork,pepper,chilli,spring onions,soy & chilli sauce.Stir-fry 4 minutes,add water & fry 2 minutes.Toss noodles with pork & vegetables.Serve.
