Recipe Introduction

Rob, our cook, whipped this up a couple of months ago for afternoon tea.

List of Ingredients

-1 qt. whipping cream
-1/2 cup 10X sugar(powdered sugar)
-3 oz. neutral mousse mix
-1/2 tsp. vanilla
-2 pints blueberries
-2 pints cut up strawberries
-2 pints raspberries


Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whip cream until stiff. Slowly add mousse mixture and add in vanilla. (Adjust sugar to taste.) Pour mixture into a serving bowl and gently fold in berries. Chill mixture and serve cold.
