    Overnight Pecan Caramel Rolls

    List of Ingredients




    15 Rhodes frozen rolls(or frozen bread dough thawed, cut, and rolled into balls)
    1 4 oz, box of vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 stick of butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup pecan pieces
    Cinnamon


    Recipe



    Place pecans in bottom of a 9x13 pan (greased or non-stick). Place frozen dough rolls in pan. (3 across and 5 down) Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar, pour mixture over rolls and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and a tea towel, let sit out overnight.
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
    Let sit for 5 minutes and invert onto large platter.
