Garlic Cheese Grits

1 cup grits
1 cup strong cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed
Recipe
Cook grits according to package directions. When done, stir in finely cut or grated cheese. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4-6. If you have leftovers pack in refrigerator dish and chill it. Slice it, making slices a little less than an inch thick, dip the slices in beaten egg and then in flour. Fry in butter until brown.
