Apple or Banana Fritters

List of Ingredients
Sift together:
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 TB sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Add:
1/2 cup milk
mix in 5-6 apples thinly sliced/ or
3-4 bananas thinly sliced
Mix together. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat 350-375F. After frying, dip apples into cinnamon sugar, or bananas in powdered sugar. Serve warmRecipe
