Recipe Introduction
This is the best queso I have ever tasted in my life.
List of Ingredients
- 16 oz. Velvetta (1/2 brick)
- 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel (drained)
- 1/2 cup milk (3/4 for thinner queso)
- 1 can (16 oz.) refried or black refried beans
Instructions
- Dice Velvetta into 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch cubes. Mix with milk in medium saucepan over medium-low heat until cheese is half melted. Add Rotel. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stirring frequently to keep cheese from burning. Add beans. Stir well. Serve hot.
