- 2 bags rice
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
- 1 cup frozen gren peas
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions; drain. Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion; saute 1 minute. Add eggs; scramble. Fold in shrimp, peas, garlic, rice, and soy sauce; heat through. Turn out onto serving platter, top with green onion.
