    2 Egg Whites
    1 1/2 cups of Castor Sugar
    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
    1 teaspoon Vinegar
    1 teaspoon Cornflour
    4 tablespoons Boiling Water

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in a small bowl of electric mixer, beat at high speed until mixture is stiff. Spread on foiled and greased tray and bake for 10 mins in a moderate oven, reduce head to slow oven for 45 mins. Let cool in oven.

    Topping:
    Whipped cream, and fruit of the season.
