Amish Casserole

8 oz. noodles
boiling water
1 c. peeled, diced potatoes
1 pound gr. beef or sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fresh or frozen peas
salt and pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In pan bring water to a boil and cook noodles for 10 min. Drain and set aside. In pan cook potatoes until tender. Drain and set aside. In skillet brown beef, drain grease. In large bowl cimbine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well and pour into greased 10/13" pan. Bake one hour or intil done. Top with cheese and bake 5 min. longer.
