Amish Celery Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 large onion, diced
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups green celery, chopped
1 cup potatoes, diced
4 cups milk
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
Saut� onion in butter until soft. Add celery and potatoes. Cover with water and cook until soft.
Add milk and eggs and heat thoroughly. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
