Olive Cream Cheese Ball

"Nana" to Bubbe & Alex
1 cup chopped pitted green olives
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 pkg. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup minced parsley
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except parsley. Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Shape into a ball and roll in minced parsley.
