FRANKFURTS IN PASTRY

2 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
1/3 cup sweet fruit chutney
8 thin frankfurts
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspn paprika
Cut pastry into 8 X 10cm squares, spread with chutney. Place a frankfurt on one corner of each pastry square, roll up. Place frankfurts on a greased tray, brush with egg, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
