Mix the Tequila and sugar together. Cut a plug out of a watermelon and pour the Tequila mixture into the plug. You may have to take a long skewer (chopstick) and poke at the meat of the watermelon in order to break it up a bit and allow the Tequila to be absorbed. Replace the plug
and refrigerate the melon until ready to use.Meanwhile, cut a selection of tropical fruits into serving pieces, put
into a bowl and sprinkle with sugar to taste and Tequila. When ready to serve, but the melon in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the meat leaving two watermelon shell bowls. Remove the seeds from the flesh of the melon and cut into serving size chunks. Try and save as much of
the juice as possible while you work.Gently mix the melon's flesh with the other fruit and pile back into the shells. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint and serve.
