Smoked Salmon Cheese Cones

2 lbs. sliced smoked salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
1 Tbsp. old bay
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dill, hot sauce, old bay, Worcestershire sauce and onion in a food processor and blend until smooth. Hint: Leave cream cheese out an hour before making mixture.
2. Lay out salmon slices and spoon cheese mixture in the center. Start at one end and roll at a 45° angle to form a cone.
3. Place on a cookie sheet and refrigerate covered overnight.
4. Serve with flavored olive oil for dipping.
Yield: 15-20 cones
