    Aunt Saunny

    dill pickle slices
    salt
    pepper
    1 egg
    8 oz milk
    5-6 drops tabasco sauce
    1 T Worcestershire sauce
    1 T flour
    2 C flour

    Mix egg, milk, worcestershire, tabasco, and 1 Tbsp. flour in a bowl. Mix salt and pepper (to Taste) and 2 C flour in a bowl. Dip pickles in egg wash, then flour, then egg wash, then flour. Drop in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
