1 (21 oz) pkg. chewy fudge brownie mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/3 cup veg. oil
1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
whipped topping
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Place 2" foil cupcake liners on cookie sheet.
Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee and cinnamon. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Fill each cupcake liner with 1 measuring tablespoon of batter. Bake 12 to `5 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.
