    Yield: 12 Servings Preparation Time:
    1 Pkg Yellow cake mix 1 Cup Sour Cream
    1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1/4 Cup Brown sugar, firm pack
    2 Apples, Thinly sliced, peel 1 Egg
    1/2 Cup Butter (or margarine)

    Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix and margarine; mix until crumbly. Reserve 2/3 C for topping; add brown sugar and cinnamon to reserved topping mix. Mix well; set aside. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of ungreased 9x13' pan. Arrange apple slices over base. Blend sour cream and egg; spread evenly over apples. Sprinkle reserved topping mixture over all. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 squares. These are good served either warm or cold.
