Lazy Lemon Bars

18 oz. pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine cake mix, egg and oil; mix until well blended and crumbly. Press into bottom of 9x13" pan, reserving 1 cup for topping. Bake 15 minutes. Cool. Separately, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Crumble reserved crumb mixture over the top. Bake 15 minutes until filling is set and topping is lightly browned. Cool before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
