    No Bake Cashew Nut Squares

    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 c Light corn syrup
    1 c White sugar
    1 1/2 c Peanut butter
    4 c Corn flakes
    4 c Honey Nut Cherrios
    1 c Salted Cashews

    In a 2 qt. pan melt together just until smooth the first three ingredients, stirring constantly. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Measure the last three ingredients into a large bowl. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Stir, coating
    cereal and nuts. Spread into buttered large pan.. Press down.Cut into squares
