    6 medium potatoes
    1 pound ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 can (14oz.)chopped green chilies
    1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp.butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 cup shredded cheaddar cheese

    Bake potatoes at 375 drgreesF 1 hour or until tender.Cool.In large
    skillet,cook hamburger and onion over medium heat until meat is no
    longer pink;drain.Cut a thin sliceoff the top of potatoe.Carefully
    scoop out pulp,leaving a thin shell;place pulp in a bowl.Add sour
    cream,chilies,butter,worcestershire sauce,salt,garlic powder,mash or
    beat until combined.Stuff into potatoe shells.Sprinkle with
    cheese.Bake 350F for 10 to 15 minutesor until heated through. 6
    servings
