    Grilled Steak with Parsley Jalapeño Sauc

    1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced and mashed to a paste with salt to taste
    4 small pickled jalapeño chilies, seeded and minced (wear rubber
    gloves)
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 steaks, , about 1/4 lb.each, halved crosswise

    Prepare barbecue
    Combine first 4 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix
    well. Season steak with salt and pepper to taste. Grill about 6 inches
    from hot coals 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
    Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into thin slices
    across the grain. Serve with sauce
