1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 of 6-ounce can (1/3 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 or 3 large ice cubes
1. In a blender container combine buttermilk, orange juice
concentrate, brown sugar, and vanilla. Cover; blend until smooth.
With blender running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, through opening in
lid. Blend until smooth and frothy.
