Peanut Butter and Jelly Bread

Ingredients:
1.. 3/4 cup Water
2.. 1/3 cup Peanut butter
3.. 1/3 cup Jelly
4.. 1 tablespoon Maple/brown sugar
5.. 1/3 teaspoon Salt
6.. 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
7.. 1 tablespoon To 2 tb. vital gluten -- opt.
8.. 2 1/4 cups Whole wheat flour
9.. 1 teaspoon Yeast
10.. Flour equivalent - 2 1/4 cup
Procedure:
1.. A high-rising loaf with the taste of peanut butter and jelly mixed right in.
2.. Use either smooth or chunky peanut butter.
3.. Due to peanut butter, the sides of the pan may need scraping. Watch moisture.
4.. Add ingredients according to your manufacturer.
