Potato Wheat Bread

1 1/4 cups water
3 tablespoons margarine
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/3 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup potato flakes
1 cup bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon gluten
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 teaspoons yeast
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Use the light crust setting and the basic white bread cycle. Add the sunflower seeds thirty minutes after starting.
