    1/12- Pound loaf

    1/14 cups water
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 1/4 cups bread flour
    2/3 cup trail mix
    3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

    2- Pound loaf

    1 1/4 cups water
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 3/4 cups bread flour
    3/4 cup trail mix
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 teaspoons yeast

    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except trail mix in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add trail mix at the raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.

    Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack.
