3 cups cornmeal
3 Tbsp. lard
2 1/2 cups boiling water
3 tsp. salt
Recipe
Melt lard in 10 inch cast iron skillet and swirl to coat. Pour remaining fat into other ingredients and mix. Bake at 350¼ F for 45- 50 min. or until golden brown.
