    This is a creamy cornbread that is great with soups, or chili.

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (15 l/2 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can (15 1/2 oz) cream style corn
    1 pkg. (8 l/2 oz) corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine; melted

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a 13x9" baking dish that has been sprayed with veg. spray. Bake 375 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into bars and serve with butter. Makes 12 servings.

    You can add 1/4 c. each of finely chopped red pepper and green onion to give it a southern flavor. You can also cook in a 9" square pan just increasing the cooking time to 55 - 60 minutes.
