    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 C. self rising flour
    1 1/2 C. milk
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Crumble sausage in skillet and lightly brown. Drain excess fat and allow meat to cool. Mix meat, milk and eggs together. Beat well. Stir in sausage. Pour into greased 9" pan or skillet. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
