    Eggnog Cherry Nut Bread

    2-1/2 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 TBSP baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1-1/4 cups eggnog
    1/3 cup oil
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1/2 cup Maraschino cherries, chopped

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, mix egg, eggnog and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in nuts and cherries. Pour into 2 greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pans (or 5 mini loaf pans). Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes (30-35 minutes for mini pans).
